Uncovering systems.

Listening deeply.

Designing change with and for people.

Hi, I’m Weronika — a London-based design researcher and user-centred designer.

With a background in design innovation, law, and journalism, I bring a systems-aware, people-first mindset to complex challenges. I collaborate with teams to uncover needs, make sense of uncertainty, and translate insight into services that are thoughtful, inclusive, and built for meaningful change.

I currently work as a Design Researcher at TPXimpact.

What I do

  • From discovery through to live, I plan and run research using the right mix of methods — from interviews and usability testing to diary studies and synthesis workshops. I work collaboratively to uncover meaningful insights and communicate them clearly, helping teams make confident, user-led decisions. I have experience working to GDS standards as well as adapting approaches in more flexible, fast-paced environments

  • I help map journeys, systems, and user needs to uncover pain points and shape services that are inclusive and effective. I’ve worked across government, third sector, and community projects — always focused on making sure solutions meet real needs, not assumptions.text goes here

  • I create space for people, communities, and teams to co-design services that affect them. I’ve facilitated participatory workshops in policy-heavy environments and place-based settings alike, supporting insight, trust-building, and shared ownership.

  • I turn research into direction — helping teams and stakeholders translate findings into service propositions, roadmaps, and delivery plans. I’m experienced in making sense of complexity and ambiguity, and guiding teams toward focus.

  • I work with policy teams, delivery partners, and community stakeholders to build alignment around user insight. I create visuals, artefacts, and summaries that make evidence clear, accessible, and actionable across disciplines.
